How long does it take to make a key?
The time required depends on the key's complexity and the number of copies. We usually make keys on the spot while you wait, or as soon as possible.
What should I do if my key is broken?
This type of job needs individual assessment. Bring the key to our workshop and the locksmith will try to help. If you can also bring the lock, it will make the job easier and allow us to verify the result.
What should I do if the duplicate does not work?
If the duplicate does not fit or turn when you test it, record the problem and contact the locksmith. We will do our best to resolve it.
My intercom key no longer works. Can you copy it?
Unfortunately, we cannot copy an intercom key that no longer works. A working key is needed to make a duplicate.
A tooth has broken off my key. Can you duplicate it?
In most cases a duplicate is possible. We also need the lock to make sure the new key works correctly.
What if I need a large number of keys (30/50/100)?
If you need many identical keys, you may qualify for a substantial discount. Bring the lock too, so we can speed up the process and test each copy at the workshop.
